The Sofitel Frankfurt Opera officially ushers in the open-air season: With the reopening of Schönemann’s Summer Garden, open-air lovers can take advantage of the airy, casual outpost of Restaurant Schönemann. In the heart of Frankfurt, guests can now once again enjoy the flair of Opera Square in the summer with Executive Chef Miguel Wagner’s new homemade iced lemon ginger lemonade.

Guests can find the right seat for them in Schönemann’s summer garden, depending on their taste – those who want to taste Schönemann’s creations during a relaxed lunch or dinner can choose one of the classic restaurant tables. Those who would rather just enjoy an aperitif in the evening sun, in the French manner de vivre, are best off taking a seat at one of the high tables. In addition to homemade lemonade, the Schönemann team also serves summery aperitifs and selected champagne here. The summer garden is open from Monday to Saturday, from 12 to 10 pm. Those with a sweet tooth can also enjoy pȃtisserie and coffee specialties selected by Executive Chef Miguel Wagner. Schönemann’s Duo serves the team from 3 to 6 p.m. each day.
