CARROT CAKE “SCHÖNEMANN”
There are many recipes for the classic carrot cake; the variant of our head chef Marc-Oliver Herbert, however, is a particularly spicy and finely balanced composition. Almost too good to be eaten – the carrot cake is like a small work of art and tastes like real craftsmanship.
